Our Story

DoughEasy started with a simple frustration: why is it so hard to find reliable, clearly explained baking recipes online? Most results are either vague, incomplete, or buried under pages of unrelated content. We decided to change that.

Founded in 2024, DoughEasy is a free educational baking resource dedicated to demystifying the science and art of working with dough. Whether you're an absolute beginner who has never worked with yeast before, or an experienced home baker looking to level up your sourdough game — this is the place for you.

What We Believe

Good baking isn't magic. It's science you can learn. Every recipe on this site is:

  • Tested multiple times in a real home kitchen, not a professional test kitchen.
  • Explained in full — including why each step matters, not just what to do.
  • Honest about difficulty — we label everything clearly so you choose the right recipe for your skill level.

We will never publish a recipe we haven't personally tried and loved. If a recipe failed during testing, we go back to the drawing board until it's right. Your trust matters more than our publish schedule.
